ZGHCO QUALITY POLICY  

We recognize that full involvement of all employees is needed to achieve our goal of providing highest quality service to all clients. The Management of ZGHCO took a right decision to start in house QA, QC department and recruited engineers, inspectors for this purpose.


The head of the QA, QC dept is given independent power authorities to look after quality of each project, which ZGHCO performs. Third Party Inspection is also involved in certain specific areas to achieve our goal. The fruits of establishing this dept. started coming right away, as we are being recognized as a company, which maintains high standards of Quality.


The Head of QA, QC conducts a meeting every month in which all the personnel involved right from Project Manager to the supervisors are required to attend it strictly. They are briefed about the quality requirements, and any changes in the standards are also informed. Apart from this QA/QC inspectors assigned to each site conducts daily briefings with Site Engineers, Supervisors and directly reports to the Head.


Internal Non-Conformance report are filled for maintaining the Quality requirements and action is taken against the responsible persons to improve it, a copy of the NCR goes to the personnel’s files also, which is taken into account during annual appraisals.
